AMPECO – Passion overcomes Pain
With this in mind the “AMPECO Racing Team” has attended the biggest mountainbike event in Europe each year – since 2012. The 24h race is being held on the first weekend of August at the Duisburger Landschaftspark in Germany. Peace Village receives a donation from AMPECO for each driven lap around the track.
The organization was established in 1967 as a citizen’s initiative to help children in areas of war and crisis. Peace Village offers medical help in the victims’ home-countries, and is mainly financed from donations.
