Garnet Blasting Abrasive
Description
Garnet blasting abrasive is a mineral recyclable blasting abrasive based on the naturally occurring mineral almandine. It meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 11126–10 N/GA/G as well as the occupational safety regulations of DGUV Rule 100–500, Chapter 2.24 “Working with Blasting Equipment (Blasting Operations)”.
Due to its high density, hardness, and angularity, garnet blasting abrasive is an efficient, durable, and low-dust blasting medium. It is excellently suited for surface cleaning, rust removal, and preparation for coating work on a wide variety of materials – from steel to stainless steel, from concrete to wood.
