Glass Granulate ST Blasting Agent
Description
Glass Granulate ST is a high-quality fine blasting agent consisting of crushed white soda-lime glass in accordance with DIN 8201. The product meets occupational safety requirements according to DGUV Rule 100–500, Chapter 2.24 “Working with Blasting Equipment (Blasting Operations)” and is therefore a safe, sustainable, and efficient blasting medium for industry and trade.
As an iron-free blasting agent, Glass Granulate ST consists predominantly of white flat glass. It is characterized by its angular shape, high abrasiveness, and simultaneously material-preserving properties. It is ideally suited for processing stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and wood and can be used multiple times.

Typical Applications
Glass Granulate ST can be used in mobile and stationary compressed air blasting systems. It is ideally suited for material-preserving cleaning, derusting, paint removal, and matting of sensitive surfaces, such as molds, tools, or fine metal parts. Due to its iron-free composition, it is perfect for work on high-alloy steels, special steels, non-ferrous metals, and wood.
