NASTRA® Blasting Media

Description

NASTRA® is a high-quality blasting media based on iron silicate gra­nules. It meets the requi­re­ments of DIN EN ISO 11126–3 as well as the occu­pa­tional safety gui­de­lines of DGUV Rule 100–500, Chapter 2.24 “Working with blasting equipment (blasting work)”. 

This mineral blasting media impresses with high abra­si­veness, uniform grain size, and con­stant blasting per­for­mance. It is the­r­efore ideal for indus­trial use in the fields of steel con­s­truction, cor­rosion pro­tection, and surface preparation.

NASTRA® Blasting Media

Grain size

To achieve the optimum blasting result, choose the appro­priate blasting media grain size. Finer grains are sui­table for precise work, while coarser grains allow for higher material removal.
