Grit size
To achieve the best blasting result, choose the right blasting media grit size. Finer grit sizes are suitable for precision work, while coarser grit sizes allow for higher material removal.
Tip: The choice of grit size depends on the desired surface profile. A rule of thumb is that nozzle diameter ÷ 6 is the optimal grit size for the respective blasting process.
